I have a major Problem with my BRAND NEW Tumble dryer I bought from A&M Warehouse and A&M Warehouse LIED to me about the Warrantee - by saying that Defy gives one of the better Warratee's (2 Years) because my Tumbledryer worked for less than an hour and a week later I'm still struggling to get Either A&M or DEFY to exchange it NOW - DEFY tells me that they DO NOT EXCHANGE ANY PRODUCT - WHAT SERVICE IS THAT????? I've spent a lot of money up and down, making Cel Phone Calls, Using Whishy Washy Tumble dryers, etc.- to try and get a working product and our washing done - Who is gona pay me back and WHY O, Why can't a faulty product be exchanged - This is just not on - especially when it's a brand NEW product - Never been used - when my previous Tumble dryer lasted 21 bYears - so I do now how to use the product!!! I need a Managing Director of Defy to Call me ass soon as possible so I can solve my situation \ Problem - NOTE that we bought the product CASH - Not on Hire Purchase??? I need some answers asap!!! - I'm also gona send this or an equivalent of this E-Mail to some Newspapers and Enquiry \, Service Provider Investigation Comapnies i.e. "Hallo Peter", "3rd Degree", "Ask Nolene". I'm awaiting an acceptable answer (Replacement \ Money Back) from DEFY asap?? Your Internet Website Ad tells us the way your kitchen is run is a reflection of how you run your life??? How must I feel not being able to get Washing done for my family - I've always used Tumble dryers becaus the complex has NO washing Lines!!!!
